- You need 1 kg of ikan mas.
- You need 1 bh of Jeruk nipis ambil airnya.
- You need 4 ruas of lengkuas.

- Prepare 2 bh of Kecombrang.
- Prepare 2 bh of asam glugur.
- Prepare 2 ikat of Bawang batak.
- Prepare 100 gr of kacang panjang.

- Prepare 12 siung of bawang merah.

Arsik Ikan Mas step by step
- Cuci bersih ikan beri perasan air jeruk diamkan sekitar 10 menit, lalu cuci kembali sisihkan.
- Siapkan wajan lalu susun batang dan helaian bunga kecombrang, batang serai (bagian putihnya), asam glugur dan lengkuas lalu masukan ikan atur sedemikian rupa agar terendam saat di masak, susun diatas ikan daun jeruk, daun, daun salam, kemudian masukan bumbu halus yg sudah di campur air (sy kurleb 1,5 lt), lalu masukan irisan bunga kecombrang, kacang panjang dan bawang batak.
- Masak ikan di api kecil supaya ikan empuk sampe ke duri2nya kurleb 2 jam (sy 2.15 menit), dan masih agak berkuah.
